One of the things that makes me the most excited for Halloween is the reemergence of Candy Corns from their yearly hibernation. I love candy corn, like love love! Have you tried the candy corn Oreos yet? I may have eaten an entire package all by myself. My husband on the other hand can’t stand them…I married him anyways. Yesterday the impossible happened: all 3 of my kids napped at the SAME TIME! I took advantage of my free hour and spent some quality time with my Kitchen Aid. Here is what I whipped up.
It’s a match made in heaven really: cookie, white chocolate and candy corns. The salty buttery-ness of the cookie really compliments the sweetness of the candy corns, then the creamy white chocolate just pushes the OMG deliciousness over the edge. These were so quick and easy to throw together and will be a great addition to any Halloween or Fall party. Hope you enjoy!White Chocolate Candy Corn Cookie Recipe:{adapted from Delightful Deets Chocolate Chip Cookies…my very fave!}1 C butter
